Other than joining a team, how do you find the support to help you learn and earn?!
Not everyone wants to be part of team. I get it. As a team leader myself, I see great value for everyone on a team, and yet I totally understand some people just don’t see the benefits a team can offer. To some, teams are too expensive. Not everyone wants admin and marketing support. That doesn’t mean you don’t need business support.
We all need someone in our corner to help us grow and to help us build. Not a once-a-month-call with a coach, not a friend who has had some success in their real estate career that may or may not answer your call - we need mentors.
Team Solo
I’m starting “Team Solo” where I personally help coach, mentor and offer specific bespoke advice to selected agents in our KW office. This is not a textbook program, this is going to be loaded with business advice. I will be in your face, I’ll know about the clients you’re working with, what deals you have on the go - and I’m partnering with these agents to create success.

This is not a team.
You’re still a solo agent.
You’re just not alone anymore.
How it works:
It’s simple. We both benefit when you help more and more clients. It’s a straight commission-split model. Teams are often 40/60 or 50/50 splits (agent/team), and the team does a lot more than offer guidance.
In Team Solo, it’s a 80/20 split (you/Donny) for the first $100,000 in GCI we’ll be making. The next $200,000 increases in your favour to 90/10. You’re still going to be your own admin until you’re ready to hire one for yourself, and you will be responsible for your database and backend.
This program is not for new agents. I strongly believe new agents should fully join teams and learn everything about everything if they’re serious about their careers.
If you’re an agent producing at close to $100k GCI and want to get to $200-250k GCI, this is for you.

Am I qualified to coach and mentor you?
I’ve been exactly where you are. I started my career in real estate long before “teams” were a real thing. I had to learn everything the hard way, so I totally understand your pain points. I also know how to navigate uncomfortable situations. I’ve been a realtor now for 15 years. In the last 5 years I’ve been the team leader for my own real estate team.
